How to Book a Magician for Your Event
If you’re ready to book a magician for an upcoming event, the process is simple. Use the form above, call or text 847-773-5306, or email Nick directly. You’ll hear back from Nick himself — not a booking agency — usually within 24 hours.
What to include. The more Nick knows up front, the faster he can give you a clear answer. Helpful details are your event date, the town and venue, the type of event, an estimated guest count and the time window you have in mind. If some of that isn’t settled yet, send what you have.
Choosing a format. Most events are a great fit for strolling close-up mentalism, where Nick moves through the room and performs for small groups of guests. For seated dinners, he can perform table to table between courses. Nick will recommend the format and length that suit your room, your schedule and your crowd.
Confirming your date. Once you’ve settled on the details, Nick sends a simple performance agreement and invoice to lock in your date. From there, he coordinates timing with you or your planner so the performance fits naturally into your event.
Where Nick performs. Nick is based in the Naperville area and performs throughout DuPage, Cook and Will counties, including Naperville, Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Wheaton, Elmhurst, Burr Ridge, Schaumburg, Orland Park and Tinley Park. If you’re not sure whether your town is covered, check the full list of areas served or simply include your location in the form.
Planning ahead. Weekends in spring, fall and the holiday season fill quickly. If you want to book a magician for a wedding or a December holiday party, reaching out a few months early gives you the best chance at your preferred date. Shorter notice is often still possible, so it never hurts to send a quick note and ask.
